LATIN DANZ CARDIO

In this class we do basic steps and fun variations of following Latin dances: Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Bachata. It's a fun, dance, exercise class. Learn a dance routine whilst increasing your heart rate and burning those calories. This is a workout for both the mind and body.

HIGH IMPACT CIRCUIT STRENGTH

Circuit style sessions, body conditioning, endurance or resistance training. Targets strength building or muscle endurance.

PUMP

Unlock your potential with this barbell class to music. Resistance training assists in building lean muscle mass, slimming and toning your muscles ultimately resulting in weight loss ad achieving the shape you are looking for.

STEP WORX

Step into an intermediate fat burning class. A set of choreography around an adjustable step platform, complete with quick direction changes to keep you challenged. The class focuses on raising your heart rate to help burn more calories, and increases your body’s ability to burn fat.

BURN N SCULPT

Combining cardio and strength training to provide a balanced training. Wide range of equipment used and tailored to suit all fitness levels.

BOXING

A high energy contact boxing class using a mix of free-standing bags and focus pads. This boxing class has something for everyone and is suitable for all fitness levels. Utilising punching and kicking combinations this class will leave you energised and stress free.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. A cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short bursts of high intensity (or max intensity) anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods of low intense activity, repeated.

KETTLEBELLS

Using a kettlebell to perform many types of exercise, including but not limited to ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

SPIN

Join us on an indoor cycling track for some sprints, hill climbs, jumps and flat road cycling. This session is guaranteed to make you sweat, burn some calories and increase your cardio stamina.

LOW IMPACT CIRCUIT STRENGTH

targeted to mature members this class provide low impact strength building exercises to help increase mobility.
