In this class we do basic steps and fun variations of following Latin dances: Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Bachata. It's a fun, dance, exercise class. Learn a dance routine whilst increasing your heart rate and burning those calories. This is a workout for both the mind and body.
This class is a circuit style low to medium impact cardiovascular session. Designed to increase your heart rate in a more steady state whilst improving ROM range of motion and flexibility.
This class is a Circuit style strength building sessions, body conditioning, endurance or resistance training. Targeting specifically strength building or muscle endurance this class will compliment your cardiovascular training to achieve a balance fitness programme.
Step into an intermediate fat burning class. A set of choreography around an adjustable step platform, complete with quick direction changes to keep you challenged. The class focuses on raising your heart rate to help burn more calories, and increases your body’s ability to burn fat. Great music, awesome instructors to inspire you to get the results you came for fast!
A high energy contact boxing class using a mix of free-standing bags and focus pads. This boxing class has something for everyone and is suitable for all fitness levels. Utilising punching and kicking combinations this class will leave you energised and stress free.
High Intensity Interval Training. A cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short bursts of high intensity (or max intensity) anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods of low intense activity, repeated. Designed to get maximum results in a short period of time. This class will take your fitness to the next level.
Join us on an indoor cycling track for some sprints, hill climbs, jumps and flat road cycling. This session is guaranteed to make you sweat, burn some calories and increase your cardio stamina.
