FREESTYLE FITNESS CLASSES

LATIN DANZ CARDIO

In this class we do basic steps and fun variations of following Latin dances: Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Bachata. It's a fun, dance, exercise class. Learn a dance routine whilst increasing your heart rate and burning those calories. This is a workout for both the mind and body.

PUMP

Resistance is the key. Unlock your potential with this barbell class to music. Resistance training assists in building lean muscle mass, sliming and toning your muscles ultimately resulting in weight loss and achieving the shape you are looking for. This session uses barbell, free weights, steps to work your lower and upper body to fatigue with high repetition moves.

BURN N SCULPT

Combining cardio and strength workout to provide a balanced training. This class is split into two sections. The first being a great cardio routine to get your heart rate up and the second section will tone and strengthen your whole body.

STEP COMBO

Step into an intermediate fat burning class. A set of choreography around an adjustable step platform, complete with quick direction changes to keep you challenged. The class focuses on raising your heart rate to help burn more calories, and increases your body’s ability to burn fat. Great music, awesome instructors to inspire you to get the results you came for fast!

TABATA

Tabata is an equation: 20/10 x 8 = 4. The 20 stands for seconds of work, the 10 stands for seconds of rest and the eight represents the number of rounds performed. The sum of the equation equals four minutes of intense exercise. Tabata improves glucose metabolism and acts as an excellent catalyst for fat burning. The excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) effect for Tabata occurs immediately after the workout, so you keep burning calories!

PUMP N PUNCH

Combination of Pump and Boxing this class is a great overall workout. Utilising barbells to build your strength and intensity of boxing routine for cardiovascular exercise its guaranteed to help you achieve overall fitness.

BOX FIT

A high energy contact boxing class using a mix of free-standing bags and focus pads. This boxing class has something for everyone and is suitable for all fitness levels. Utilising punching and kicking combinations this class will leave you energised and stress free.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. A cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short bursts of high intensity (or max intensity) anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods of low intense activity, repeated. Designed to get maximum results in a short period of time. This class will take your fitness to the next level.

SPIN

Join us on an indoor cycling track for some sprints, hill climbs, jumps and flat road cycling. This session is guaranteed to make you sweat, burn some calories and increase your cardio stamina.

TBT (Tummy, Butt & Thighs)

Looking for a great butt and toned legs? This is a all-round exercise class is specifically designed to tone up the mid-section and the lower body muscles. Featuring a mix of aerobics, step work, circuit training and resistance band exercises,

STRETCH TO STRENGTH

a pilates inspired workout that promotes core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength. You’ll discover new muscles you have not activated before!

TAI CHI

a mind-body exercise that combines the principle of martial arts, controlled breathing, traditional Chinese movement and Eastern philosophies. Benefits of Tai Chi: improved flexibility, helps improve and maintain balance, improves muscle strength and conditioning , helps boost heart health, lowers stress and helps improve focus.
