In this class we do basic steps and fun variations of following Latin dances: Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Bachata. It's a fun, dance, exercise class. Learn a dance routine whilst increasing your heart rate and burning those calories. This is a workout for both the mind and body.

Resistance training assists in building lean muscle mass, sliming and toning your muscles ultimately resulting in weight loss and achieving the shape you are looking for. This session uses barbell, free weights, steps to work your lower and upper body to fatigue with high repetition moves.
Combining cardio and strength training to provide a balanced training. The class will give you a great cardio workout using steps, barbells and weights to strengthen your entire body. This class is split into two sections. The first being a great cardio routine to get your heart rate up and the section will tone and strengthen your whole body. This 45-minute workout will challenge all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts, bounce and curls.
