Cardio - High Impact

Take it to the next level with our high energy classes that alternate between short bursts of high intensity to anaerobic exercises including Box Fit, HIIT, Step Combo and Indoor Spin Bikes. Guaranteed fat burners!

Strength - Low & High Impact

Build your muscles with progressive overloading with our low and high impact strength workouts such as Circuit Strength, Power Hour and TBT. These workouts will challenge you to Get Lean and Get Strong!
